Emergency First Response Update.
You may have seen press reports about changes to the new CPR guidelines and wondered what has changed and how it will affect you as an Emergency Responderâ„¢. The most important revision to be aware of is the compression ratio change, fom 15:2 to 30:2. There are other changes in areas of emphasis and a few technique or timing changes that further simplify aid provided by a lay person. One easy way to practice these new guidelines is to join us for a refresher program. The Emergency First Response Primary Care, Secondary Care and AED Refresher courses can be completed in as little as two to four hours. Refresher training is easy: simply review your Emergency First Response Participant manual and DVD, contact us and together we'll schedule a time to refresh and update your skill practice.
