This island retreat package offers luxurious detached beach chalet accommodation within the Tunku Abdul Rahman Park (TARP) on Manukan Island, opposite our very own Beach House Dive & Adventure Center on Gaya Island.
Located only 10 minutes by speedboat from Sutera Harbour Resort who manage the island resort, this is the perfect island getaway package. Prices are based on 2 people sharing and the chalets can accommodate 4 people in two separate bedrooms.
A perfect honeymoon or romantic getaway, guests enjoy ocean views, lovely beaches and tropical jungle. The island retreat also has a tasteful restaurant and swimming pool.

Based on Gaya island within the Tunku Abdul Rahman National Park and only 8 minutes from central Kota Kinabalu, our PADI 5 Star Dive & Adventure Center is the perfect location for Marine & Wildlife Lovers !!
This is where we surface interval and take our lunch break, all dive sites are within a a few minutes from our centre. You will also have time to look around, its very peaceful and surrounded by primary rain-forest with lots of wildlife.
Prices are based on Scuba Divers - qualified and non qualified. However if Scuba Diving does not appeal then you can take the fully guided Snorkeling and Trekking Programs and pay the Non Diver (ND) price which is also stated below.
Scuba Diving Package Includes.
- The scuba diving package offers 3 guided boat dives per day for qualified divers OR for non qualified divers (beginner divers) the Discover Scuba Diving Program on the first morning then Boat Diving with a qualified divemaster or instructor for the remaining afternoon and days.
- Transfers from Manukan Island to our Dive Center on Gaya Island (8 minutes speedboat ride)
- Equipment rental, jetty fees, park fees, freshly cooked lunch and free flow tea / coffee / water and refreshments all included

Snorkeling & Trekking Package includes:
- Guided Snorkeling and Trekking for beginners and more experienced guests. Our guides will show you the best spots, keep you safe and point out interests fauna and flora both on land and underwater.
- Equipment rental including specialized snorkel vests for non swimmers.
- Transfers from Manukan Island to our Dive Center on Gaya Island (8 minutes speedboat ride).
